Chicchirichì Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Chicchirichì mobile application and related services. By using Chicchirichì, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our mission-based alarm app.

1. Introduction

●Welcome to Chicchirichì. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Chicchirichì mobile application and related websites (collectively, the "Services").
●By downloading, accessing, or using Chicchirichì, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
●If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

●You may use Chicchirichì only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
●You agree not to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
●You agree not to post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
●You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any part of our Services or its underlying infrastructure
●You agree not to use automated systems (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Services
●You agree not to introduce viruses, worms, or other malicious code
●Chicchirichì is an alarm clock that requires completing a mission (such as math, memory, typing, shake, walk, or push-ups) to earn silence. It is not a medical device and must not be relied on as the sole means of waking for safety-critical situations.

3. Accounts and Authentication

●An account created with Sign in with Apple is required before unlocking and using the main app features.
●You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device.
●You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Deletion removes associated cloud data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

●Chicchirichì offers a one-time lifetime unlock purchase processed by Apple through RevenueCat.
●Lifetime unlock is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
●Prices are displayed in the app before purchase. All billing, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms.
●You can restore a previous lifetime unlock on eligible devices signed in with the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

●All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images (including the Chicchirichì rooster), sounds, and software—are owned by Chicchirichì / MIU Digital and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
●Except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any part of the Services.

6. Acceptable Use and Data Handling

●Chicchirichì helps you schedule alarms, complete dismissal missions, track wakes, and build streaks.
●Alarm and wake data are cached on your device and synced to the cloud when you are signed in. Analytics and attribution features (if enabled by you) follow our Privacy Policy.
●You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Chicchirichì complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
●Physical missions (walk, push-ups, shake) involve voluntary physical activity. Use common sense and stop if you feel unwell.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

●The Services and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
●We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
●We do not warrant that alarms will always fire, that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. System permissions, OS updates, Low Power Mode, Focus modes, and device settings can affect alarm behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

●To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicchirichì / MIU Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, missed appointments, or other intangible losses—arising from or related to:
●Your use of or inability to use the Services, including a missed or delayed alarm
●Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems or your information
●Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful elements transmitted through the Services

9. Changes to Terms

●We may revise and update these Terms at any time.
●Changes are effective immediately upon posting in the app or on our website.
●Your continued use of Chicchirichì after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

●These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Chicchirichì is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
