Information We Collect

●Account details: Sign in with Apple creates a Firebase account. We receive your Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email
●App usage data: alarm schedules, mission preferences, wake records, and streak metrics needed to run Chicchirichì
●Purchase data: RevenueCat processes your lifetime unlock purchase. We store entitlement status via RevenueCat using your Firebase user ID; we do not store payment card details
●Analytics and attribution (optional): if you allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, we may collect anonymized device and engagement data through Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer
●Crash diagnostics: anonymized crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs
●We do not collect health data, contacts, photos, or information that is not necessary to run the app or provide support

Data Handling and Storage

●Cloud sync: When you are signed in, your profile, alarms (with embedded missions), wake history, and streak are stored in Firebase Firestore under your user account
●On-device cache: SQLite and MMKV store a local copy so alarms and missions work offline, including when a system alarm is ringing
●No hidden access: Chicchirichì team members do not browse your alarm schedules or wake history as part of normal operations

How We Use Your Information

●Provide, operate, and maintain Chicchirichì's core features (alarms, missions, streaks)
●Authenticate you securely with Sign in with Apple
●Sync your data across devices and restore it after reinstall when you sign in again
●Process and restore your lifetime unlock purchase
●Improve app reliability and features, if you opt in to analytics and attribution
●Respond to support requests and important service updates

Information Sharing and Disclosure

●We never sell or rent your personal data
●Service providers who help us operate the app (Firebase/Google, Apple, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer) under their respective privacy terms and our contractual controls
●Legal authorities, if required to comply with law or protect rights, safety, or property

Data Security

●We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and provider-managed cloud security
●However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security
●For maximum protection, keep your device passcode and Apple ID secure

Data Retention

●Account and cloud data: Your Firestore profile, alarms, and wake history are retained for as long as your account is active
●Local cache: On-device data remains while the app is installed. Uninstalling Chicchirichì removes local cache; cloud data remains until you delete your account
●Analytics data: Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is automatically deleted
●Support correspondence: Emails and support tickets are retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction

Data Deletion

●You can delete your account and associated cloud data from Settings inside the Chicchirichì app
●Account deletion removes your Firestore documents (profile, alarms, wakes), clears local user data, resets purchase linkage on this device, and deletes your Firebase Auth user
●You may also email us at support@miu.digital with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
●We will process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once your data has been permanently removed
●After deletion, your data cannot be recovered. Purchase restorability may still depend on Apple and RevenueCat records tied to your Apple ID

Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. Inside the mobile app we do not use cookies.

For analytics and install attribution (subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice), we may integrate:

• Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage
• AppsFlyer to measure marketing performance
• Firebase Crashlytics for anonymized crash diagnostics

Analytics collection remains off until you respond to the system tracking prompt. You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings.

Alarms and missions must work offline when your phone is ringing. Cloud sync keeps your schedule durable when you are online; tracking stays off unless you allow it.
